Pear Waldorf Salad
What you’ll need

Yogurt or mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
Salt
a pinch
Ripe pears, diced
2 cups
Grapes, quartered
1 cup
Celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup
Walnuts, pecans, cashews, or pepitas, finely chopped
1/4 cup

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt/mayonnaise and salt.
2. Add in pears, celery, grapes and nuts and toss.
3. Enjoy!
