Double Up Card & MyFresh Wallet App Earnings Expiration

Double Up Food Bucks is happy to offer its app and card for a more convenient way to shop! Once you earn Double Up on the Double Up card or MyFresh Wallet app, you must spend it within the next 90 days. Benefits will expire on the 1st of the month following that 90-day period.

Double Up's MyFresh Wallet app is available to everyone in Michigan.

If you use the Double Up card at Double Up Food Bucks locations in Flint and at select locations in Detroit, Grand Rapids and Ypsilanti, you can use the app to buy fruits and veggies. Make sure you spend any Double Up Food Bucks you earn within 90 days.

If you don't use a Double Up card, you can still use the app to find Double Up locations, receive updates on what fruits and vegetables are in season, get tips on making the most of your Double Up Food Bucks, and more.

HOW DO I SHOP WITH THE APP?

Download the app

Download Double Up's MyFresh Wallet app from the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store and sign up for a Double Up Food Bucks account.

Shop for fruits and veggies

Go to a participating location and shop for Double Up-eligible products.

Pay with Double Up's MyFresh Wallet

Tell the cashier or market associate you'd like to use Double Up Food Bucks. The cashier will scan the barcode in your app, and your Double Up balance will update automatically. If you don't already have a Double Up Food Bucks balance, the value of your EBT fruit and vegetable purchases will be applied to your Double Up Food Bucks balance and updated in the app.
