Oatmeal-Blueberry Pancakes with Maple Syrup
What you’ll need
You shop for many of the ingredients in these pancakes with your Bridge Card and Double Up Food Bucks.
Flour
                                            1 cup
                                        Oatmeal
                                            1/2 cup
                                        Sugar
                                            1/4 cup
                                        Baking powder
                                            1 tbsp
                                        Salt
                                            1/2 tsp
                                        Low-fat or skim milk
                                            1 cup
                                        Egg
                                            1
                                        Vegetable oil
                                            2 tbsp
                                        Fresh blueberries
                                            
                                        Instructions

Preparation:
                                                                        1. Mix all ingredients (except blueberries) together.
2. Add blueberries and stir gently.
3. Pour batter onto hot griddle and flip after bottom side is brown.
4. Serve hot with maple syrup.
